Who are we?

Çokyaşar Halat Makine Tel Galvanizleme A.Ş., which is under Çokyaşar Holding, has taken its current form in Düzce Gümüşova with the purchase and restructuring of İzmit Çelik Tel. San. Ltd., which was established in 1996, in 2008.

Çokyaşar Halat, which operates in the field of steel wire, steel rope and wire products in the iron and steel sector, which is the locomotive of industrialization and economic development in our country, is an industrial organization that produces at world standards. It is among the leaders of the sector with an annual production of 40 thousand tons, including 2,400 tons of monotron, 2,400 tons of steel rope and 36,000 tons of spring wire. It has been used safely for years in many areas from elevators to cranes, from the fishing sector to the furniture and automotive industry by producing semi-finished value-added products such as steel rope, spring wire and wet wire in its modern technology-compliant and highly competitive facility.

It has a storage capacity of approximately 1000 tons under appropriate storage and preservation conditions. It continues its sustainable investments with its new state-of-the-art machinery in 2022.

Çokyaşar Halat continues its work for sustainable production with its energy management documents and projects at its production facility. It has started to measure carbon emissions in line with the European Union Green Deal carbon neutrality targets (scope 1+2+3) and is working towards becoming a factory exempt from the EU border carbon tax. With our solar energy panels on the roof of our facility, we contribute to the production of 990,482 kWh of electricity in 2023 and prevent the release of 465,526 kg of CO2 into the atmosphere.

It plays an active role in reducing environmental impacts and acts with the awareness that protecting nature is one of its most fundamental duties and advances its work in this direction by attaching importance to it.

The company has become a symbol of quality and customer satisfaction in the wide geography of its field of activity with its value-added products produced at international standards. It has proven its responsibility towards its customers, quality, employees and the environment with IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, TSE EN 12385-4, 12385-5 certificates.

By implementing the TURQUAZ project, company strategies were reconsidered and corporate infrastructure work was prioritized.
The ERP transformation of the SAFİR digital transformation program was carried out with S4/HANA.

The branding process was accelerated with the company's acceptance to the TQ brand incentive program.
Environmental awareness was proven by obtaining "Zero Waste Certificate" within the framework of waste management efforts.
The second production facility was invested and put into operation in Çokyaşar Tel Adana.
GES project was realized in Çokyaşar Wire Adana and Çokyaşar Rope Düzce production facilities.
The TURQUAZ project was implemented, company strategies were reconsidered and corporate infrastructure work was prioritized.

The restructuring of the information technology organization was completed. Infrastructure improvements, data center investments and MES infrastructure investments at the production site were completed. Özyaşar Tel was ready for digital transformation.

Another innovative step was taken in the sector by starting patented wire production. A fully automatic welded panel fence machine was installed, increasing efficiency and quality in the production of perimeter and security systems.

The İzmit Steel Wire Rope factory was acquired and Çokyaşar Wire Rope was established.
